Yesterday ended what has probably been my busiest week in Seattle. It's been pretty wonderful. I've been working, teaching flute, exploring, writing, delving into the world of UX jargon through proposal writing/editing, and eating!
There are a few great things about being back in Seattle. One, as I've mentioned before, is the abundance of libraries and used bookstores.
Two, are the public markets.

Three: Parks.
Four: Seattle coffee and coffee shops.
Five: The rain.
I have to say though, the best part about being back has been seeing old faces. It's been about five years since I lived here last although I've visited a few times. It's been nice to catch up, to see how little we've all changed despite how much our situations are different, and in some cases to see how much has changed. I've also had many old friends from all around come by and stay with me for a few nights or more at my home. I still don't really have furniture, so I'm sorry to say it probably isn't the optimal comfort level for them...but it's always good to see them. I've been incredibly blessed in my life with the people and relationships in my life. I've always said it's easy to give love when you receive so much. In that respect, I've really been spoiled.
